SAN DIEGO - January 7, 2007 - MediaFLO™ USA Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of QUALCOMM Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM), today announced a multi-year license agreement with Fox Mobile Entertainment and Fox Interactive Media that will bring programming from Twentieth Century Fox Television, Fox News Channel and FOX Sports Interactive to MediaFLO USA's revolutionary new mobile entertainment service. MediaFLO USA intends to partner with wireless operators and top media companies to give consumers an unmatched mobile entertainment experience - popular and engaging entertainment, news and sports viewed through a crystal-clear picture.
The deal adds a formidable array of FOX primetime and classic TV programs, such as "24," "Prison Break," "FOX Report with Shepard Smith" and "Your World with Neil Cavuto" to MediaFLO USA's compelling channel line-up. FOX Sports on MSN, a unit of Fox Interactive Media, will also deliver several hours per day of original sports video programming that will be accessible to viewers via both MediaFLO USA and FOXSports.com.
